Job Title: Human Rights Education Program Officer Criteria: Bachelor degree in social sciences or social work preferred Minimum of four years experience in training, workshop and group animation or teaching Interpersonal Skills Excellent oral and written skills in French and English Knowledge of human rights and Amnesty International Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing AIMS’ Human rights education and citizenship program
- Preparing syllabuses and material, preparing and managing content of courses (theory and activities) and educating Mauritian citizens through five human rights trainings.
- Administering and analyzing evaluations and follow-up surveys
- Presenting conferences on issues and themes related to human rights in Amnesty clubs in colleges.
- Managing Amnesty clubs in colleges
Hours: 9hr30-17h00, five days per week, will be required to work on Saturdays.
